In my top 3 bars in Seattle maybe my #1 and I have lived here 10+ years. If you dig tin fish and good wine/cocktails you will love it. Don’t expect warm service but it’s Seattle and the bartender is definitely cooler than you ;)

What a place. Small plates of Spanish inspired food, mostly fermented. Very good drinks and atmosphere.

Fantastic little spot! Stopped by on a whim and received excellent and friendly service from the whole team, especially the bartenders Nicholas and Nicole. Cocktails were delicious and fairly priced and the charcuterie board was outstanding! We had the opportunity to taste freshly cut Fermin Iberico ham which was to die for. A hidden gem near Pike's I can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended!

What an absolutely cute spot! It’s cozy and quaint, but that’s part of its charm. They have great cocktails and a funky music vibe 🥰😍. Come to get away from the overly touristy/overly priced Pike Place energy.
Pro tip: The negative reviewers seem to expect a chain/corporate vibe so don’t come here if you’re expecting charm!

Small space, small menu, big experience and atmosphere. Lots of delicious tinned fish options for food, cocktails, sherries, and vermouths for drinks. Of course that's the primary reason to come, but really the place feels like a secret little portal to another world where you can slow down and unwind, listen to jazz while sipping sheet, after a busy day. I don't think most of the tourists end up finding this place, but worth definitely worth checking out.

Very cute, hole-in-the-wall vibes. Drinks are good, food was limited in option (I’d say if you don’t like cheese, tinned fish or charcuterie, there won’t be much else on the menu). Come here for a night cap before you head home. Perfect way to end the evening.

Prepare to get cozy in this bustling but intimate bar off the main thoroughfare of Pike Place Market. Tinned fish plate (you choose your fish) not to be missed. Octopus and scallops in tomato sauce both a hit. Bartenders make excellent and inspired cocktails if you can’t make a decision for yourself. Owner has put in personal details to the bar that make for immaculate vibes.

JarrBar is a little dim-lit bar hidden away in lower Pike Place. It sets itself apart with its food menu: imported cured meats and canned fish paired with cheeses, crackers, baguette and spreading sauces. Our waitress was a little out of it, struggling to understand us and forgetting an order. But the octopus was delicious.
