Henry's Tavern South Lake Union

Henry's is a very nice upscale tavern with inside and outside seating. We sat outside, but it looked open and nice on the inside also. They have a nice selection of items on the menu, from thick hamburgers to different rice bowl dishes. I had the shrimp curry - it had lots of fresh vegetables and grilled shrimp. I had the small size and it was plenty of food, and was delicious. One person enjoyed the orange chicken bowl. Recommended!

Food was amazing. We unexpectedly went on Tuesday Trivia nights, and though it was fun, I wish we would have gotten there early enough to play! The Southwest Chicken Salad was delicious and the "small" size was more than enough for me. I also for a cup of Beer Cheese Soup, and though it was a nice, small size, I felt 6 dollars was excessive for the amount you actually got. Once we found the place it was great, but finding it was a tad difficult. The address is on Fairview, but the entrance is actually on Republic, so we walked around a bit before we found the entrance. Overall, great experience and great food!

Fantastic happy hour food (buffalo fries and chicken tenders are delicious!), friendly staff, and great beer selection. Wasn't as happy with their regular dinner options that I tried (tried the ribs which we're just okay and grilled chicken tacos which were bland with a tiny amount of even blander salsa).

We come here a lot for our work happy hour. They have always been able to accommodate our large party without a reservation. The food is delicious. They have a lot of appetizers available on the happy hour menu, but I definitely recommend the giant soft pretzel off of the main menu with Nutella. It’s life changing. Their happy hour drinks and food are reasonably priced. I definitely recommend checking it out!

The humble, yet captivating menu satisfied our diverse palettes! The portions were generous, yet not overwhelming. The chocolate ice cream sandwich cake thrilled our senses, and quickly became our favorite. The service was stellar! As medical needs drew us to this city, we were eager to relax and find comfort in a dining experience. The kindness and generosity of the management and staff was refreshing! Upon our return to Seattle, Henry's will be our first choice when dining out.
