I was looking for someplace for breakfast between SEATAC and Museum of Flight and this was the ONLY (real) option. As you read the reviews a recurring theme is that it wasn't busy. That is a true shocker because Uncle Eddie's is a home run! First, I'm always concerned about parking and they have parking. Second, the place has a vibe of "let's day drink"! Who doesn't love that. Third, the service. The bartender was my server and he was courteous, attentive, helpful and chill. Fourth, the food totally hit the spot. I ordered the classic breakfast sandwich and added bacon as was suggested in reviews. Good call! The bartender/server suggested I add South Park potatoes, another GOOD CALL. The sandwich was flavorful, juicy and a healthy portion. The potatoes were also flavorful and so, so, so crispy. I couldn't have done better at home. Overall, non-pretentious, fairly priced for the portions, friendly service. The next time I'm in town, my UBER will go from SEATAC to Uncle Eddie's FIRST!

Great place! The biscuit brunch is pretty tasty. GREAT potatoes. I don't recommend the Eggs Benedict just because there isn't enough sauce/yolk to make the whole biscuits it's on top of not dry. I do recommend the biscuits and gravy. Really delicious gravy. It's kind of pricy, but definitely tasty.

We were shocked that there was no wait on a Sunday at 12:45pm! The food was absolutely fantastic; the potatoes were probably the best breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had. The hard crisp on them while still getting a lot of potato inside, and the salty rosemary seasoning was truly an art form. My husband said that if he could make the perfect breakfast he wouldn’t change a single thing (he got the chicken fried steak which comes on 2 biscuit halves). I got the eggs Benedict with a side of gravy (as per usual) and I was very happy and was happy dancing the whole time. Delicious. 10/10. OH! And the server was so sweet and just a gem, great personality, great server.

This was my first visit to Uncle Eddie's. I will be back for sure! It is a great place for a weekend meal. Several high top seats with a view out to the street allow you to watch the world go by while enjoying the tasty food. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. Definitely recommend adding the bacon! The staff were very friendly and engaging.

Stopped here on the way to SeaTac to grab a bite to eat and kill some time before our flight. Food was decent, service was a bit slow for not being busy. Really enjoyed the Seattle Cheesesteak.

I wanted a place I could catch up with my cousin's family and this was a very convenient option near the Museum of Flight. The food was great; we tried a pickled vegetable plate which was flavorful, the fried mac and cheese balls and the savory pies were perfectly cooked, the house dressing on my salad was great. . .and they had plenty of roomy booths for us to relax and chat in. Glad I found this pub, great lunch!

Great selection of interesting beer. The jalapeño popper pies were amazing, same with the macaroni balls. Great appetizers. I had a seattle cheesesteak. It had a good flavor with a nice rosemary edge but not too over powering. Would recommend

I had the specail, a pulled pork BBQ sandwich, as well as some of the jalapeño popper pies. They look like empanadas, and they came out to us fresh from the frier. It was a good experience, and I'd been meaning to go to this place for a while since it isn't far from me.

This is the place to go for brunch. Just finished and it was amazing. We stumbled upon this place by accident and have no regrets. Wife got the chicken and biscuits and I got the country fried steak. We also both got mimosas which were also delicious. I recommend this place to all!
