Jimmy Johns

I was truly amazed by the excellent customer service especially during staffing shortages. My order was sent to the wrong place (through uber) and I called to informed the worker. He states that they currently don't have enough staff members to deliver it themselves. I informed him that it totally fine and I completely understand if he needs to cancel the order. He refunded my order and delivered it himself within 5 minutes of my phone call. I'm very pleased with the service that Jimmy Johns at Northgate provides. thanks once again. I will continue to order from here as my sandwhich never dissapoints!

Congested and on the way to catch a flight, I stopped for a quick sandwich and some chips. I was enthusiastically and warmly greeted by Grey. I ordered and Damian promptly began making my sandwich. Damian kindly asked if I would like it cut in half. I looked at what was about to be cut and realized then that I had ordered the wrong sandwich. They insisted on making it right even though it was my foggy-brained ordering mistake. Though it was the end of the evening, these two individuals went above and beyond to provide me with an exceptional Jimmy John's visit. I was so excited about the service I forgot to grab my chips. Ha! THANK YOU!

They were awesome.. as per usual i order huge.. The only thing I left behind was the pickles and honestly that was my fault.. They were awesome patient .. took care of the customers held up behind me. And I always appreciate it when I can come back and grab something.. Thanks Guys.. 6 giant sandwiches.. plus whatever else I ordered.. You all did great
