Blue Water Taco Grill

I was a tourist looking for lunch in downtown Seattle. A customer recommended this place from their sidewalk bistro table, so we decided to check it out. It's a small space not conducive to dining in. Carne asada salad for my partner, chorizo burrito for me. I barely finished mine, but the salad had to be saved for later. The food was utterly fantastic. Everything was laid out Subway-style, so every order is customized. The two folks behind the counter were quietly friendly and robotically efficient. I imagine this is a popular stop for the lunch-to-go, office crowd, and otherwise it should be. Tourists-especially those with a lack of good taco options in their town or city- are urged to check it out.

Wow honestly I’m shook by the older reviews compared to how great my visit today (1-24-22 @noon) was. The ladies were so friendly. I had a burrito and it was soooo good! Fresh ingredients, they build it right in front of you, better than chipotle or any other place like that. Literally the flavor was to die for, highly recommended the medium red salsa. On my burrito I had steak and al pastor (extra charge for extra meat understandably), a side of guacamole, and chips and salsa for $17. The portions are very generous too I couldn’t finish even though I wanted to. 10/10

This place absolutely rocks my socks off. We ordered a ton of food for our entire company and I was thrilled to be diving into some steak tacos. Eating these tacos felt like I was back in Mexico kicking my feet up on a nice beach. Staff? Friendly, Food? I would let the staff name my first child if they wanted to. I will be revisiting once a week. I adore all of you at blue water taco grill.
