Totally botched an order expecting it to be one way with all these amenities when in fact it didn’t come with it but JJ was so nice and made an exception bc of my own stupidity! Great customer service and very pleasant. Thank you ! will be back.

I’m a nurse at a hospital nearby, forgot to bring lunch on my 12hour shift. I placed an order online at 12:23pm and the delivery guy was downstairs in the main lobby calling me at 12:30pm to deliver my sandwich. I felt like this could’ve been a commercial because that was freaky fast. Jimmy Johns workers are the real heroes!

Much better than Subway. Wasn't crazy about the music they were playing. Sounded like some homeless person wandered in and was trying to sing, but not succeeding.

Pretty good sandwiches. We were just passing by and decided to eat here. The pricing was pretty decent for what we got.
My only complaint was the service. The person "helping" us seemed uninterested in answering our questions. They just kept pointing at various signs or menus. We had never eaten there before, so we didn't exactly know what to expect.
The food was good. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. I would definitely go back (or to another establishment in the franchise) in the future.

Great teamwork! It's a Saturday night, and there's an awful heatwave where no one wants to cook at home, but these hard working people did an amazing job of staying friendly and efficient during the massive rush of orders they got.

Gotten delivery in less than 10 minutes from this place while I lived here for about a year. And when I accidentally ordered to this location after moving recently, they were very chill when I accidentally ordered and delivered to this location. They refunded my meal without me having to call and ask even though it was my mistake.

Although the young man taking my order seemed bothered, I overlooked that when I watched Tonya and Codi make my six subs. They work well as a team. They were pleasant to talk to. They have great customer service skills and a positive attitude about working. If you go in I hope these two are working, because they're good attitude helps you walk out smiling!

To be honest folks, I have been in at least 4 different location and I don't have one bad thing to say! Whether it's delivered or in store... ALWAYS CLEAN, GOOD AND FAST! THAT EQUALS YUMMY TO ME!
