Essential Baking Company

I was visiting from out of town and we picked here for coffee. My boyfriend was feeling off from the road so he just ordered coffee. No complaints on the coffee. I on the other hand was ravenous. Got the chicken salad which was lovely. The apples off-set the caraway seed bread perfectly with the loose leaf mix they used. They served it with a humongous dill pickle spear. It was perfect for me as I adore dills. 😍 The place is assessible and has gluten-free options! The vibe is industrial which didn't bother me but the road noise did bother my boyfriend. Bluntly we sat outside which was fine for me. I saw so many people going in and out to grab a bite before heading to the next place. I think it fits the atmosphere of where it at in Georgetown pretty well. I noticed some discomfort in the reviews of the location. I think it's more of a subjective issue than the actual business it's self. Give it a try and you might see what I mean. -shrug- PS the staff was excellent when I went. They were friendly to out of towners who don't come from a place with the same recycling laws as you do. Lol. 😂
