Wow!! In honesty, this is the softest, most full-flavored matcha soft serve ice cream I've ever had in my life! As if I had a hot cup of high quality matcha, but in soft serve. Just ever so slightly sweet. Perfect. Highly recommended dessert café!

TLDR: a good spot for all things matcha (soft serve, parfait, roll cakes), with good entree options too. Been back multiple times and don’t plan to stop going! definitely recommend stopping in if you can :)
Matcha latte: 10/10 - by far the strongest and highest quality matcha latte I’ve had from any cafe! The milk choice doesn’t overpower the matcha flavor at all, instead it compliments it. I prefer iced version as the hot version is a little more bitter.
Matcha soft serve: 10/10 - love their soft serve, again very strong matcha flavor and smooth velvety texture. Perfect if you are craving something sweet and cold.
Matcha red bean roll cake: 10/10 - this roll cake is so good! The cream is not too sweet and very fluffy. There is plenty of red bean spread throughout. The cake is soft and moist.
Chicken katsu curry: 9.5/10 - this is a classic dish, their curry is on the thinner side and the chicken breading is delicious
Chicken nanban: 10/10 - this is one of my favorite dishes from nana’s. There is an egg salad on top of the chicken. The breaded chicken itself is coated in a slightly sweet sauce different from the chicken katsu. The only thing I don’t really care for is the potato salad served on the side.
Ambiance: All in all, nana’s is a solid spot. You place your order at the counter and get a number and they’ll bring the food to you if you are dining in. You buss your own table after.

Had their Hojicha warabimochi parfait and really enjoyed it, though the vanilla ice cream is plainly and not so specially sweet and my hojicha pudding was partially frozen. You get various textures in a parfait with moderate sweetness plus a bit of complexity from the tea flavor. It’s sweet so it makes you happy and it looks good so you can brag about it on social media. The store was well-lit and atmosphere is enlightening and refreshing. Worth a try if you happen to be in the area.

Loved it here! If you’re a matcha lover, definitely come try this place out. They have so many matcha desserts and drinks here and I loved it! I tried matcha soda for the first time and I was expecting it to not be so sweet/not sweet at all, but it was actually quite sweet. So keep this in mind if you are looking to try it out! Their parfait was delicious and such a great dessert.
They can get quite busy so keep that in mind!

One of my favorite dessert places.
The collection is unique and delicious.
The Japanese chicken katsu sandwiches are juicy and comes with some good sauce accompaniments.
The highlight of this place is the black sesame parfait. Pretty rich , has cereals , sesame ice cream , bobba , ice cream and things i do not know the name of .
They also serve match soft serve if you are fan of the flavor .
Highly recommend this place if you are in Seattle!!!

We had just landed in Seattle, and we were just dying to have some traditional Japanese flavors! Avidly on the search for a tonkatsu sando and a black sesame dessert, we came across Nana's Green Tea. The interior was extremely inviting and warm. We walked inside and we were greeted by a helpful staff member. We were very happy to be informed that they had both of the bites we had been constantly craving, as well! Number one rule is: if an establishment has "Tea" in its name, it better have good tea... and Nana's sure did! We tried their hoji-cha, of course, and then we were recommended the genmai-cha by one of the members of their lovely staff. Both teas were absolutely lovely, the hoji-cha boasting its beautiful earthiness with a mild sweetness, and the genmai-cha perfectly showcasing the robust and toasty essence of green tea with brown rice. We also ordered a couple of pastries. We chose the hojicha roll cake and the matcha red bean roll cake. Both roll cakes were phenomenally moist, fluffy, and had an extremely satisfying filling. Great flavors, and that classic light sweetness of a Japanese dessert that we just adore! We then received our tonkatsu sandos, which were everything we wanted them to be. A deliciously fatty pork cutlet, perfectly breaded, paired with freshly shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce. All of these components were sandwiched between two fluffy slices of milk bread... everything we wanted in a sando! We then ended our meal with their insanely delicious black sesame warabimochi parfait. Rich and nutty black sesame ice cream, sesame bean paste, vanilla soft serve, and soft and chewy jelly mochi. All tied together with the pleasurable crunch of corn flakes. This dessert was awesome! Such a fun textural adventure, with great flavors, all perfectly intertwined. Nana's green tea definitely satisfied our cravings. We look forward to visiting again the next time we are in the Emerald City!

The parfait and sweets here are so incredible especially items from their black sesame collection! And although many of the services were self serve, everything was so clean and easy to find. The system was well organized and we had a really good time here!

Soooooo good!!!!!! I always take a detour when I’m near here just to get their matcha soft serve latte. They have a plethora of different matcha things, from matcha soft serve to matcha soda. And not only is their matcha amazing, but their food is equally as good. I got the salmon sashimi don and it was great. It came with potato salad and miso soup as well, and a nutty sauce, which I don’t personally love and subbed for soy sauce but it tasted great. The environment inside is also very clean and modern, making the entire experience very relaxing and overall really enjoyable.

Great atmosphere and a huge selection of all things matcha tea style. There is food here and it avrgs to $15-16 for the curry or bowls. Flavouring is good but nothing to write home about - it is food that satisfies the craving/hunger. The tea drinks are well made and flavorful at avrg of $6-7 . There are combo meals where they give you miso soup too. Lots of seating but can still get packed very easily. They also serve dessert here but didn't give that a try. You bus your own tables here also after ordering from the front. Clean spot and nice decor.

Absolutely delicious dessert! I’ve been to Nana’s so many times and love their dessert so much. I am a matcha fan so this is my favorite dessert spot when I’m in the city. Their matcha is a bomb and very good quality. The flavor is so perfect and the service is always friendly.
