We've been coming here for 13 years! The restaurant has improved a lot and updated its interior to be more cozy. The food has stayed the same quality with an expanded menu for desserts, albeit prices have went up (it is Seattle). We love to go here for catering when we have parties. Would recommend to visit this small, local place. Parking is a hassle though.

Friendly employees and quick ordering. Great for a quick lunch. The ha how, siu mai, lo mai gai, and baked BBQ bun were all delicious.

This restaurant serves delicious Chinese bbq pork, side pork, and roasted duck. One nice thing about Golden Daisy is it locates right at the front door coming from the west. It's on your left side cannot miss it.
The side pork is crispy, the bbq pork is sweet, and the duck is perfectly cooked. I recommend eating it with steamed rice, and you will like it.
Customer service is good. Be sure to swing by before 3 PM if you want a good bbq. After this time, the bbq runs low, and you may not be able to get what you want to eat.

Good neighborhood hangout for basic uncomplicated, inexpensive dim sum and a very good lunch menu served up with generous portions, all for honest cheap bucks. And of course, there's Roast Duck, Roast Pork (lechon), and BBQ Pork just dripping in their own juices. Oooooo. You KNOW you love it! Update 2022. Because of the "Rona Plaque" as the Brits call it, the Golden Daisy no longer has dine-in facilities. It's been walled off. BUT...the menu is alive and well for take-out. Oh yeah. And they have a small hot box with hum bow, baked green onion buns, sesame seed red bean paste balls, and my personal favorite, ham sui kok. Don't know what that one is kids? It's a deep fried dumpling filled with seasoned ground pork. A very tasty snack-a-roo. Just try it.

Yum! Local dim sum in Beacon hill owned by a hardworking lovely family. Super affordable no frills reliable dim sum. So happy theres a little place like this in the neighborhood ❤️ I go on the weekends and pick up some small orders and it’s so satisfying! No need to wait in massive lines in Chinatown.

This is truly a hole in the wall that I have passed a gazillion times, not noticing it. It's a small mom-and-pop in the summer in Chinese food place. The dim sum menu is limited and they don't use karts you order off the menu. But the food is tasty and inexpensive. Next time we will try ordering off the main menu. But I expect that we will go back often having now discovered this place. The staff is very very friendly

Cheap and authentic Chinese food. They only take CASH. I highly recommend the eel stone pot rice (there will be some little bone pieces in there). The eel rice came with soup and vegetable (don't know what kind).

This was exactly what I would expect from a small Kowloon restaurant. Unpretentious and keeps it simple. Didn't have all the dimsum but did have the hum bao. They remind me of store bought and then steamed. That's cool; bread isn't easy to get right. Had the roast pork with rice. This is the regular lunch fair of HK. Now, if only they had things like hk black tea with milk, french HK style french toast, or tea eggs.
