It was our first time having Qdoba, and of course, we had to compare it to Chipotle. The food was phenomenal compared to Chipotle, and I am the queen of Chipotle. Not literally, but we often eat at Chipotle. At least twice a month. This Qdoba location could use some practice wrapping burritos. If Chipotle can do it, so can Qdoba. I believe in you guys!

Quality of food at this Qdoba location is good. Being in prime location near to University of Washington, there is lot crowd/online orders and definitely this location is way understaffed.

Came here for catering for work. Easy online order and pickup was easy. They were still putting our order together but it wasn't a big deal. They were fast and efficient. And everyone liked the food. It just never seems like it's enough food when you order catering though.

Visit it every week but this time the staff was NOT nice and seemed like they didn't know the portion control. Way too little protein. And the cashier was rude upfront.
Edit Aug 2021: Promptly handled the issue, I've never been happier with their service.

Honestly, a solid place to stop by and get some good food for a reasonable price. Their bowls and burritos are really good, and the guac doesn't have an extra charge (which is always amazing). Service was great, fast, and friendly. If you're looking for some nice Mexican food this is a nice place to go.

First time eating here so I was paying attention to details. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly server. He got me in and out with tha quickness. Restaurant was very clean and tha workers here appeared to have high esteem. Happy employees can only help guarantee happy customers. I definitely look forward to eating here again.
Was tha food any good? Well, let's just say I ate tha entire bowl 😋 they had tha new soda fountain, which I Love, and got tha Creme Soda root beer 🍻
No extra charge for Guacamole, that's always a win 🏆

We each got a burrito, I for mine in a bowl instead of a taco shell, they were both great. There was no chicken ready and they told us it would be a few minutes, we had time so we waited in the lobby and one odd the guys came and got us when the chicken wad ready. All the staff were very friendly.

Even though I left there with no food in hand; It felt great to know customer service is still around. The employees/staff were so accommodating and understanding to my insufficient funds situation.
I will return without a doubt anytime of the week, whether it be for work or for personal meal consumption.
