Jack In The Box

Not sure how it's possible but they manage to mess my order up every single time. EVERY TIME. Wether it be missing a sauce or an entire item it's never right. Actually one time they managed to get it correct. Once. I only ordered one item and they has the buns upside-down but at least they did get my one item.

I don't know why, but this location ALWAYS closes at random times. Usually around 10:00pm, when it says online that they're supposed to stay open until 11:30. The last time I went, I got to the speaker and he told me to hold on, which is fine. He was helping other customers. Then after about 5 minute of waiting he told me that they were closed... Then why have me wait??? And why are they closing an hour and a half early???? This is the only place in my area that stays open past 10:00pm, which is when I get home from work, but apparently that's not true. They should fix their store hours if they're going to continue opening late and closing early.

Good food here. Obviously it is a Jack in the Box so the food isn’t gonna be amazing but it was perfectly acceptable for lunch. The location itself was terrible as the drive through was horribly designed and there is no dining room. The only way to get food by foot is through a window and then you need to take it elsewhere to eat.

Great app deal on the jumbo jack and ultimate cheeseburger. I only spend $4 total on both. I also enjoy the tiny tacos. This place is always a guilty pleasure, but I'll only spend money there when I get a good deal on the app. Without the deal it is getting to sit down burger place prices without the high quality. I still wish they had a better dollar menu though. IF this place sold $1.25-$1.50 hamburgers I'd go frequently.

This place was better than I expected it. The food was very good; 5 stars for food. I have to give it 3 stars overall because the service was very slow. Took us 40 minutes-ish for them to take all of my group’s orders and for them to be fulfilled. Also, there is no sitting room. We are our meals on the curb. Good food, but service is subpar.

Service was too slow. Seems like they only have 2 employee working. Spent 35 mins on the drive thru. Nuggets were hot but the bacon and swiss burger and curly fries were cold. Asked for ketchup at the ordering point but order taker sounds like she's in a hurry that she did not even listen to what I am saying. Got to the window where to pay, I asked if I can get some ketchup packets. The lady turned around like she did not hear anything and direct us to the pick up window. When I got my order, I checked inside the bag if there were any ketchups, I did not see any. I then again asked for some ketchups. She responded yelling there are already some in the bag. I told her there's none. She grabbed a handful of ketchups and slam it in to my hand. You spent money to a place where you get treated so bad!
