Domino's Pizza

Ordered my pizza in person paid with the debit card and asked how long it will take. The guy says :" 30 minutes" I say okay and walk out. I come back half an hour later, and ask for my pizza upon which they say :"we are busy we have alot of orders" Then instead of telling me the approximate time when it will be done as an update because they didn't bother to put names on the clock board so you couldn't know if the order is ready or not. He suggests I cancel my order, to which I said :" thanks for the suggestions but I want an update on time" So he said he doesn't know the time and I walk out. I come back three hours later and ask for my pizza. Since they were soooooo packed I think 3 hours is decent time considering the rush was just over because of the mess in the kitchen. Don't understand why they canceled it and then accused me of not picking it up. I asked you for estimated time you weren't capable of providing one I wasn't going to wait around till you give me my pizza when you so desire.

The pizza is ok for fast food pizza. I would say worse than Pizza Hut but that is no longer avalible in the area unfortunatly. I personally think it is gross but was gonna give it another try now that there are dips. Sounded worth a try. There is an outrageous 8 dollar delivery fee, not encluding the tip which makes the "cheaper" price for the low quality more expensive than quality pizza in the area. Seems counterintuitive considering the whole "instead of surprise fees we have suprise frees" ad campaign. I say unless you are picking up this place is far from worth it.
