I Luv Teriyaki

I Luv Teriyaki is one of the best teriyaki restaurants in seattle by far. Between the low price, big portions and delicious food, I'd say it's worth the trip if you are down on the south end of the city. The service here is pretty good, takes them less than 10 minutes to make everything. The parking situation isba little bit tough since it's on such a busy corner. Spicy teriyaki with gyoza is the go to for sure.

I was excited to give this place a try, as I’m usually in the market for some well-made teriyaki. I Luv Teriyaki was a far cry from anything memorable, and I’m confused by the hype it’s received. I ordered the classic chicken teriyaki, and the food itself was unexceptional by Seattle standards (the birthplace of teriyaki). Customer relations, however, was most concerning. I’d ordered online and had a quick question about a discrepancy in pricing when I arrived for pick up. I was dismissed and ushered quickly away without so much as a modicum of acknowledgment, an inappropriate and inadequate response from a place of business, as I see it. Customer service 101: Listen, be honest, go the extra mile… Disappointing experience.

I am a huge lover of teriyaki and this place really did the job! Highly recommend this place and it’s in a great little spot that’s easily accessible. Quick and delicious, my wife and I will definitely be coming back to try their many other dishes. *below is the chicken and beef combo as well as the general tso*

I’ve only been there once but i will never ever return. The food was mediocre, but the place was filthy. I had to use the bathroom so when I got in, it was actually so disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, there was even urine splattered along the floor. I don’t feel comfortable ever eating there
