I never leave reviews but wow ordered on Uber eats recommended to me by a friend .. obviously not my friend cuz this place is not it. the meal was so incredibly salty. everything. Catfish tastes like too much salt greens taste like salt mac n cheese so much salt plantains just salt on salt on salt super disappointed cuz good soul food is so hard to find in Seattle but you honestly would be better off going ANYWHERE else

Great food! Crispy Catfish, tasty hush puppies, savory beans and rice, and the best red velvet cake I’ve had in a while! Nice portions, I had leftovers in pic after me and my wife ate until full! Awesome customer service as well; they have definitely earned my ongoing business as this was my first time having their delicious food. Keep up the good work!

I had the catfish, greens, and mac-n-cheese, and some hush puppies. It all tasted wonderful. I would give it 5 stars but there is always room for improvement. Dont get me wrong the catfish was good but it was just a tiny bit bland. My only complaint. But it still tastes great, also hot sauce is a thing.

Just what I have been missing! As a product of the south, I have been wanting some good soul food that wasn't priced crazy. Soul is down the street from me and I'm kicking myself that I haven't been eating there sooner! Got the fried shrimp, greens, and Mac and cheese and EVERYTHING WAS HITTING! The shrimp was seasoned to perfection. The greens were tangy with a hint of spicy heat. The Mac and cheese was yummy, could've used a lil more cheese, but some of the best I've had since moving here. I will be ordering from them many times in the future!

It's alright. got the catfish with mac and cheese and greens. The greens were pretty good A little bit spicy but good. The mac and cheese was also good not super flavorful but it was still good. The catfish though was not good at all. It tasted like it had absolutely no flavor in it and all they did was bread it and Fry it, no seasoning. I would recommend other places over this because they cost the same but the flavor is better in other foods.also the gal that answered the phone was rude and this place is very hard to find. They don't have any type of signage outdoors and it's not clear on the Groupon where the place is.
