Got a falafel sandwich and a smoothie. This is the second time I've been here. The food and customer service are wonderful and beyond what they needed to do. I tripped and dropped my falafel (100% my fault for being clumsy) and they offered to make me a whole new sandwich free of charge. Falafel is flavorful and smoothie entirely fresh fruit.

My husband and I usually go to the bakery next door. Today, however, we were in the mood for some fresh juice and salad. I don't know why it took us so long to try this place. All the food and beverages that we ordered were made right on the spot with care and much consideration for our likes and dislikes. The owner made sure to ask us what we wanted and tailored our lunch to our requests. He gave us some recommendations and made sure to let us in on some off-menu items as well. We waited about 15-20 minutes. Take that into consideration if you are in a rush. This isn't your typical sandwich and chips shop. The freshness of the ingredients, restaurant quality preparation and portions that are good enough for two make this place feel like a hidden gem in our neighborhood. The service and food is very special. The chicken meat was succulent and jam packed with flavor. The variety of veggies in the salad was a nice surprise too. Ask for the works. And he will happily oblige. Our lunch box was stuffed to the gills. We came back the very next day. On the second day, as he prepared food, he played some music and talked to us for a bit. He was genuinely interested in making sure it was a lunch to remember. When you go, treat yourself to a large fresh juice. You won't regret it.

Placed a 40 dollar order online. Waited two hours with no communication provided. Restaurant wouldn't pick up the phone when Beyond Menu called to track the order. I spoke with some guy who answered the phone with a simple hello, didn't seem to know that I had placed an order for delivery, then proceeded to tell me that if I was in a hurry that I should cancel it. Yeah, pretty ridiculous.

Simple, counter-service place right next to SPU. Still working the kinks out. The food was good (not great) but service took a while and It was mostly empty when I arrived. Don't expect your falafel super-quick during the lunch-time rush. Maybe they'll get more efficient. Update: just had a gyro for lunch 10/9/17. Food was okay but pretty greasy. Not the friendliest service, there was no clear queue for ordering, took awhile and they asked if I wanted hot sauce - I replied, loud and clear, "a TINY LITTLE BIT" and they put a metric ton of sriracha on it.
