Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pan pizza without extra cheese. But they made it with extra cheese. Although it was violating my dietary rules, I was okay with it. But then, they didn't bake it properly. I realized after couple of bites that I was eating raw dough. 🤮 However, when I reached out to them, the person who answered my call was kind enough to issue a refund.

I live a few blocks away, so ordered takeout. My three-topping pizza was less than ten bucks after tax. They made a mistake on the order - put pineapple on instead of the jalepeno I ordered. I really wasn't upset and the manager on duty was very fast to remake me a new pizza with the items I ordered. I work in the restaurant biz. Mistakes happen sometimes. That's fine. What matters is how the restaurant responds to it, and on this occasion, they def made me a satisfied customer. I shall return.

I would ideally give this place 0 stars! I placed an order via their app for a vegetarian pasta and what I ended up getting was a chicken pasta. This isn’t the first time that it’s happening and this particular branch consistently messes up the order. When I called them back, my only option was to go pickup and hope for the right order. So I was expected to go back to pick it up on no fault of my own. The pizza was soggy and honestly could do with a couple minutes in the oven. The marbled brownie was so oily that I could use that to fry up a dish, and yes that’s underbaked/under cooked and I had to throw it in the oven to try and make it edible. I could’ve just made this from scratch and this just wasn’t worth the effort! Terrible place, not ordering from here again!

this is A good one, hey. i oderr a pizza and it comes to me. its pretty cool you guys, you can use an applicatin on your phone to order one and you dont even have to speak to a man. then a man delivered it in a car to my door, where i took it inside and ate the pizza, thank you for my pizza men, i wil have another some day and when i do i thin k im going to order dominoes one more time

Gave me the wrong food but when I called in they refunded the whole thing. Actually impressed and happy to be a frequent customer! Food isn’t bad I live close and been there a few times. If your looking to fill a craving I would recommend. The time it takes them to cook a pizza is quick and so is delivery. Staff hasn’t been difficult when going in but then seem a little stressed, which is understandable being a pizza place downtown.

Ordered from this location twice already. Both times have been pretty decent, I have had better but honestly it gets the job done. One complaint would be a little more sauce and toppings. Other than that, the food is cooked really fast. They did mistakenly give me sweet habanero wings instead of the BBQ that I ordered.
