They should call this place bomb mi because these sandwiches are BOMB! The chicken Banh Mi with the $1 Fried egg is my personal favorite. Definitely one of the best value restaurants in the U-District and it's so consistently good! very fast too. Only thing to watch out for is they close relatively early compared to other restaurants on the Ave so double check the hours before heading out.

Always great sandwiches, service with a smile. Check the specials -- that's always a great bet. We had a fabulous grilled shrimp banh mi last week, along with my habitual pork one.

They were fast, and sandwich was good.. prices are comparable to other banh mi places and they accept 5 stars cards. Wasn't super stoked on the aoli sauce on my tofu sandwich, but that may have just been my fault without specifying a vegan sandwich.

They gave away our order to someone who ordered way before us. The only sandwich they had left was pork and it was doused in way too much sweet and sour sauce. Last time I checked that doesn't go in banh mi. Way over priced for what it is.

For banh mi, it's kind of on the pricier side. Good stuff regardless. A bit better quality than the banh mi you'll find in Chinatown. Far from campus, but location is pretty nice.

One of many bahn mi places on the ave. The way it really stands out is by having a lighter goi cuan option. It's kind of like a bahn mi spring roll.
