Pizza Hut

Without a doubt the worst experience with and pizza company I have ever had. My guilty pleasure is a large pan cheese pizza. I was extra hungry so I ordered cheese sticks and a pasta thinking about Monday lunch. What I got was pretty much garbage and that is where 90% of it ended up. 1. It took 30 minutes after I showed up and was told 10. 2. The Hut was clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. They made sure the 10+ people waiting heard it over and over. 3. I got two medium pizza bc they were out of large. 4. One was a pam cheese pizza. One was a pan bacon pizza. 5 Both were burnt and taste like cardboard. 6. The pasta was ok, over cooked and the chicken was dry and hard as a rock. 7. The cheesesticks were somewhat edible... I had two. 8. I am certainly amazed at how terrible this experience was. 9. I do not think I will ever order Pizza Hut again. 10. Fix this.

It's Pizza Hut. Staff is what you should expect for this kind of place - no complaints from me! Food is what you should expect. If you don't know what you are getting when you order, maybe you should crawl back under your rock. Price is usually known ahead of time and there are always deals going on if you order online. No complaints about staff or the insides of the location.

I had a simple order.. carry out. First she didn't know or understand that Brian is a name. But I walked in waited behind the person at the cashier desk. Two people walked in asked for their carry out. I walk up and said I was here first and I've been waiting quietly. I'm first. She told me my order wasn't done. But I only see 3 orders in there. She severed the 2 people that came in last then asked me for my name again I told her I gave it to you already. And then repeated it. Then she brings out the first one she touched when she first lied to me. Just because I got a free pizza doesn't make it right.

at about 12 pm saturday noon, I stopped by and made order for takeout. two medium pizzas, all cheese and pepperoni. I took them home and opened the boxes and they were definitely a day old pizzas from yesterday leftovers probably. they tasted so disgusting, stiff crust and cheese was all flat out dry. my kids are pizza lovers but they refused to eat after a single bite. totally different taste from what we ordered last time for half cheese/half pepperoni pizza. I guess they prebaked some most popular pizzas (all cheese or one topping pepperoni) and sell any leftovers next morning instead of throwing them away. So Gross. I tried to call the store a couple times but the phone line was busy so i just gave up. . totally wasted my money and i will never come back here again !!!

Suggest ordering online. They don't always get your order right by phone. Seems like a very busy or under staffed location as the employees are always in a super hurry. VERY hard parking lot if traveling south to it. Best to pass and U turn to arrive from South. Same quality as most other pizza huts.

I ordered a pizza 40 minutes ago, and just got a phone call from an employee at the store: He said the order came in with the delivery address actually listed as their store address, so he needed my home address to come deliver to me. I told him what it was, and he said he thought that might be outside of their normal delivery area but he'd see if he could get permission to make an exception for me. I was impressed with the customer service, until he called back a minute later to tell me "unfortunately" he's not allowed to deliver outside their normal area -- that I basically live on another store's turf so the order would've had to have gone through them. At this point, I was expecting something like, "So they're actually going to come rush your order out to you now," which would've delayed things but would've been understandable -- after all, the address issue could've been my fault in the first place. In stead, though, he told me all he could do was cancel the order so my card wouldn't be charged. "Sorry." I could hear what I assumed was his supervisor in the background yelling something about "He has to call the other store we don't deliver there!" ...Really, Pizza Hut? Suffice it to say, since I already have to make another order from scratch (an hour after I wanted it), I'll be doing it through one of the other 6,578,35,028 nearby, comparable options in the same price/quality range.

The quality of the service and the poor attitude of the manager have driven us to another pizza chain. We order from this location 2-3 times a week and the order today was quoted over 1 hour delivery, we live 7 minutes away but that was okay but after 1 hour and 25 minutes we called and the manager was very argumentative and rude. This behavior is totally unacceptable. I manage customer service individuals, this person would have been let go immediately for this. Do not go to this franchise! Find one that cares about their community and the public they serve.
