I like Starbucks but they need to develop a new delivery system. It takes too long to buy any thing. It discourages a person from doing business with them. You are. Actually angry when you receive your order.

Good coffee, service and you can get a quick bite to eat. The place is clean and comfortable. Ebru is an excellent employee who treats you like a guest in her home. She's a great people person full of smiles.

Very friendly service with super sweet baristas. They don't know how to make some standard Starbucks drinks though. I've been a few times to get an iced macchiato and every time they stir all of the ingredients together. I thought it was an accident the first time, but after two more tries, it is pretty apparent that they are not fully informed on how to create drinks in Starbucks fashion. They are also not usually up to date on newer drinks. It seems to me that whatever training process they are using, just isn't working. I like the convenience of them being inside the store, but I think I'll have to go over to the actual Starbucks building from now on.

It took really long just to get a drip coffee and banana loaf and my drink size was the wrong size. One of the workers was super rude and was not helpful when I asked for help.
