Staff was not very friendly. They didn't want to let me add milk to my coffee. I touched my cup and they acted like I had a plague. Threw my cup away and replaced it when I asked for more milk after I had touched the cup. I don't like this place. And like all other Starbucks, off-the-charts expensive. Save your money and go to McDonald's for coffee. Just as good and better service.

Drive thru line is so slow and poorly designed. I don’t know what could possibly be taking them so long to make drinks every single day. I’ve been when there are 2 cars ahead of me and when there are 10 cars ahead of me and regardless it takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get through the line. Whoever is managing this store needs to start actually caring about their customer base because clearly this apathetic attitude is the culture of this store. Employees are usually pretty rude here too. Definitely will not be back!

Bigger Starbucks on Lake City way with a drive thru and plenty of parking if you want to drink in.
The staff are friendly and the store quiet and clean - perfect for working or studying or just reading a book while you enjoy you steaming hot latte.

This is now my regular Starbucks as I’m new to the neighborhood and I do find myself leaving it disappointed every time. The lobby is closed, which I understand considering we are still in a pandemic, so I’ve only ever had drive thru service. It’s true that the wait time is typically really long, but I don’t attribute that to the baristas as I’ve watched most of the customers ahead of me place large orders and/or take their time. I know how long it takes to warm up a sandwich and blend a frappe, when more than three people order one of those in the same five minute period - it’s going to take a long time to get them all done. It seems to me the long wait time is mostly out of the baristas control. As for customer service, I haven’t experienced rudeness here at all. In fact, I find the baristas to be really sweet. Most of them do seem pretty young and maybe a little standoffish - but I was also sweetly standoffish at that age so it doesn’t bother me. What I find disappointing is when I finally get my drink, it’s never made right. I’ve tried modifying my order multiple times to maybe simplify it for them, considering the stress they might be under to make everything fast. No matter how much I’ve adjusted my order, it’s still just not made correctly. I would let them know but usually I’m already on my way and am not willing to get back in the drive thru line to get my drink remade. I try not to sit around once I get my drink bc I want to trust that it’s exactly what I ordered, but maybe I should be more like the customers that take their time and make sure it’s made correctly before leaving the window… I pretty much decide against getting Starbucks now, at least until it’s safe enough for the lobby to open back up.
