Rigoletto

I went last night for the special event dinner with a group of friends. This was my experience: the food was not great at Rigaletto. It was inconsistent. The lobster was spot on tender (if you are seeing this part of the dish they do a great job). The crab cake was really good (lots of crab not too much stuffing and quite tasty). The risotto was way too salty (I could only eat about a third of my portion, so went home still hungry). Finally, the Buratta was not house made but instead tasted like store bought buffalo mozzarella way too firm. One of my friends mentioned maybe getting dessert, but was was concerned as to the quality after the meal we had so I convinced all to end the meal after the dinner. I would not go back, as stated above menu items were inconsistent. Don't bother unless you want just the 5 oz lobster or crab cake when they have them on the menu.

This restaurant has incredible food and the ambiance is very unique! The place is very warm, cozy, and inviting while incorporating regal and industrial design. My favorites for dinner have been the risottos and the pasta dishes are just like my grandmother's but lunches here are also amazing! Service is great! Love it!

One star only because the food is good. We've been here twice and both times the service was horrible. Christmas Eve experience is my favorite. They gave us a table for 4 though it was 6 of us. No one brought us water until we asked, and after that it was almost historically thrown on the table. Fine, we ordered wine and food. We had to wait for the wine for about 40 minutes, food — 2 hours. No kidding. To learn after 2 hours that they can't make one of the dishes because they ran out of ingredients. Today. Needless to say that the service was slow. We ordered wine — never got it. Also we asked to substitute mashed potatoes with veggies... "I'll see what I can do" — was the answer, I guess there was nothing they could do as we got mashed potatoes any way. Well, at least they didn't include the wine in the check.

What a fantastic experience. Personalized, educational, beautiful ambiance, strong small business ethic. The food is without a doubt authentic northern Italian served in a familial setting and style. You will not leave without meetings at least ten new people, satisfied and sated. It is reasonably priced wit an outstanding outdoor patio. The proprietor demonstrates a personal interest in each and every customer. Get ready for an extraordinary experience.

I've had many great experiences at the Rigoletto. I've been to a few of the themed parties that they host there every month and they're a lot of fun! The food is delicious, I'd recommend the lasagna. IT IS AMAZING! The ambience of the restaurant is breathtaking, from the tiled floor to the beautiful crystal chandeliers. Also the staff are very polite and a joy to be around. Definitely a great place to go for a romantic dinner :)

First, we had very slow service and our table was moved. That's always a huge mistake and ruined the vibe for our group. It's obvious they cater to the Amazon crowd and were very attentive to a big group of Amazonians, not us. Each dish we had was very oily. I had bad mussels in my risotto dish and ended up not eating the meal. The waiter didn't take it back, only gave us a coupon to get a discount next time. I would never go here again.
