Domino's Pizza

Ordered a few weeks ago. Delivery driver handed me the pizza, didn't hand me the chicken and when I told him it was on the order he reached back in his car and fished it out, but really didn't have a clue if it was the right box etc. Order was also missing the Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo chicken specialty pizza. Sent feedback/complaint and they gave me a free pizza coupon. Okay, fine, whatever. Ordered a few days ago and at least the order was correct. However, checking my bank charge and noticed it was $5 more than the receipt. I tipped via the app, however, that was reflected in the receipt so there shouldn't have been a surprise charge. Checked the other order from a few weeks ago, I was charged an extra $3 than what was on my receipt. Real shady store and will not be ordering again from this store. Y'all check your bank charges against the receipt. Filed a complaint with Domino's via email, the store called me, but I was at work. But, I have zero confidence in this particular store.

Ordered pizza online today and the delivered me a pizza with out cheese. Like dude what does a pizza consist of dough, sauce and cheese. The called the location and there manager is very rude and disrespectful over the phone. Explaining that they send me the wrong order. His name is Parker and very rude. You have just lost a good customer. Also Parker knows business 101 for every customer that is not taken care of you lose anywhere from 8 to 10. Thank you Parker and I will take my business else well. Rudest worker I’ve ever talked to. I ordered my food on the phone and gave them my address and was told the food would be delivered within 30-40. An hour later I called and was told it was delivered to the wrong address and was getting ready to be delivered again mind u I wasn’t informed about it. 20 min into it the delivery guy went to the wrong address again and said my address was out of their delivery range. Should’ve been told about that when I first ordered but I wasn’t and as I was talking to the other staff on the phone he told me what he wanted to say and hung up on me. Horrible staff and management.

Ordered a pizza at 5:42 and it was at my door by 5:58. It took them 16 minutes. Pizza was perfect and still warm. Delivery driver was very personable and ran off into the sunset - and I seriously mean, he said his goodbyes and sprinted back to his car. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I was a pizza delivery driver myself and have never seen any establishment/driver be so quick and efficient.

Don't waste your time or money management and workers here are just working to have fun not place or take your orders they have always delivered the wrong pizza to me and even when I go to pick up my order it's either wrong or missing items so in all honesty this place needs to be shut down or needs a whole batch of new employees cause these ones won't give you the time of day or even their names
