If you are looking for left over birthday cake, warmed up "meat" leftovers and a bunch of crusty regulars then you have found your mecca. No nonsense clean bar with efficient service. Regulars are welcoming and friendly. For Rainer ave. Its a Gem.

Souvanny's is a beautiful place. Anyone is welcome, as long as you're chill. Just live, laugh, and love life, and you will find friends. The music is loud, the drinks are delicious, and the talk is always buzzing...

Just OK. Mom-and-Pop Bar with food, music and a single pool table. Beer is from bottles or cans in the fridge. Menu is scrawled on a whiteboard in the corner of the bar. Language barrier/communication difficulties with owner. Impersonal and a bit chaotic. It gets busier later into the evening, takes on the character of the music and crowd.
