Jack In The Box

App says the Drive thru is open from 4A.M. - 12A.M. and processed my order. I went to the store at 5:17A.M. and its closed! There is no way to talk to customer service to get the money back! Their only complain phone number is not working too. I think employees/manager stealing money from the Franchise providing false operation hour.

8:45 pm Feb 5 backed out of this place having to deal with the drive through person being the rudest person I’ve ever come across at a drive through. This lady snapped when my fiancé and I we’re talking with each other about the menu unable to hear her “can you wait a second” comment. There are better ways to deal this with situation and this lady clearly shouldn’t be in that job if she can’t handle being a nice person over one simple exchange.

I'M A DOUBLE AMPUTEE IN A WHEELCHAIR - THEY REFUSED TO LET ME IN TO ORDER MUCH LESS EAT - CALL THE POLICE ON ME FOR ATTEMPTING TO ORDER THROUGH DRIVE-THRU AFTER CALLING FIRE DEPARTMENT ON ME AND TELLING FIRE DEPARTMENT THEY REFUSED TO SERVE ME AT DRIVE-THRU AND I WAITED AT THE MENU AND ORDERING BOARD AND ULTIMATELY AFTER I ASKED THE POLICE THEY HAD CALLED ON ME TO ARREST THEM FOR DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW (A FELONY) THE OFFICER CONVINCED THEM TO LET ME ORDER AT THE DRIVE-THRU SERVICE WINDOW WHERE THERE WAS NO MENU AND THEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO WHEEL MY WHEELCHAIR WHILE TRYING TO CARRY FOOD (SOME OF MY FOOD FELL ON THE GROUND) AND THERE WAS NO TABLE OR OTHER PLACE TO SET MY FOOD WHILE I ATE !?!?!?! NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE (but I could find no place on this survey to give NEGATIVE Stars !)
