Jack In The Box

This place is a below average jack in the box. They tend to be rude as the methadone clinic patients and drug dealers use it as a meeting spot for illegal activity but they have cracked down on that especially during covid as they closed the dining room and allow only drive through. Don't expect hot fresh food and sometimes forget about carbonation in your soda. The milkshakes are just soft serve blended a bit. If you are looking for fast food like this go down the street to McDonald's or burger King. Even Denny's

I can say I've spoken with management at this JITB on a frequent basis she is one of the best parts of my mornings. Super friendly and extremely respectful. She seems to genuinely care about my issues I've had at his location. And has addressed many of them. That said there is a major issues with the overnight staff at this location. They are rude and inconsiderate I'm general. Very inattentive and seem to to have an attitude 100% of the time. Even when in the drive thru and trying to be considerate to them if there's a long line or if there's a walk-up due to patrons to this location. In the morning the food is fresh and tastes great In the evening the food is cold and seems to have been sitting around. It's impossible to get hot fresh fries in the evening. Regardless of how busy they are. It almost feels as if the evening staff deliberately give less then desirable food to particular customers based on repeat customers. I've resolved to travel to a different location in the evening at this point

I eat here regularly because it's convenient. It's by far the worst JITB there is if you go at night. Food is either cold,made wrong or it's just completely missing from the order. When you order & pay for extras like bacon or other extra toppings,you would think they would at least get those correct. More times than not the order is incorrect How hard is it to read a screen and get orders correct?
