Convenient location, ample parking. You can find a wide variety of products and fill your prescriptions. I love checking their decorations for the holidays and their one dollar isle. Seriously, the one dollar section is awesome. The staff is usually friendly and the store is never crowded. I also like there's a glacier water machine outside to fill up my water containers.

The people in the pharmacy are absolutely outstanding. The nicest people ever!!! The pharmacist took the time to explain to me the slight differences in medications, they worked hard to get me the lowest price possible, and they always have a smile on their faces. I can’t believe anyone would have a problem with this pharmacy. The one on Barton, yeah. I’ve had issues with them, for sure. So, I just don’t go there anymore. I’ve been going to the California Ave Rite Aid for several years and will continue to do so. I’m always surprised when I go to a different pharmacy and they don’t treat me like they do at my Rite Aid. I HIGHLY recommend going here for all your pharmaceutical needs. Also, the people that run the front counter do a great job and are really kind.

No real problems with this store of course lately stock is limited to what you're not looking for. The hours the store has posted on there website should reflect the temporary curfew hours. I looked online and went to the store not knowing they wouldn't be open. They should really keep these hours for any downtown stores not West Seattle or close them a little earlier.

As far as the rite aid store on California ave Shannon the manager was and always helpful 5stars for her.No stars for pharmacy you lost my prescription which later found.My doctor phoned in Diflacan yesterday afternoon and when called said would be a half hour well here it is the next day husband went to pick it up still not ready waiting as always.Never in my life have I been to a pharmacy that is this incompetent.

Worst pharmacy in West Seattle!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. Their online pharmacy is a joke. I have to physically go to the pharmacy because the online prescription status doesn't change and nobody in pharmacy answers the phone. It's Tuesday, I've been trying to refill my meds since Saturday. I'm on hold right now and have been for the last 8 minutes and no pharmacy personnel have answered the phone yet. When I finally do get my meds I'll be transferring my scripts elsewhere, where I treated with respect and not like an inconvenience. 10 mins, 50 seconds...still holding...

Love this place. It's my neighborhood go to store for quick items, grab and go household necessities and great prices on wine! You can get in and out quick. They bring in a back-up clerk if there's more than two people in line. They are on top of things! And I can bring my dog on a leash! Great customer service! Super speedy! I go here now more than Safeway or Thriftway. To clarify, this is the Rite Aid store on California Ave. 😊
