Fantastic beer line up and great local spot to hang out. Dog friendly and family friendly and neighborhood friendly. Good place to meet up for a beer or two. Huge outdoor area that is open and warm

This is what this area has been waiting for. A place to go and have a good beer in walking distance. They have a real good beer selection and food that is ever changing depending on what food truck is there. This place is kid and dog friendly, which can make for an interesting combination. They do have a deck for when the weather is good. For me this is a good place to hang out in after work.

My partner and I were out with our kiddo and dog for a day at the park. We were pretty tired afterward and saw Broadview Tap House was nearby and that they are kid and dog friendly. On entering, there were a bunch of families having fun with their kids and dogs. It felt welcoming and inclusive. They even took a picture of our dog and put her up on the "dog wall". I really appreciate having a tap house as family friendly as Broadview!

26 local/national beers/ciders on tap. Small area for kids to play and 1 large tv. I was told that they will be having rotating food trucks. The space isn’t huge but there is picnic seating out front , which will be nice for when it gets warmer. Reasonable growler prices.

This place has awesome selection of beer and always has good food trucks. You can also buy cans and bottles here. My only personal complaint is on the weekends it's like Disneyland, so many loud kids and some parents paying no attention to them. I personally don't like kids so it's not relaxing for me. But I have been here when there are no loud children and its perfect! If you don't mind children or you have kids and are looking for a place to hang out this place is perfect for you, especially on the weekends.
