Got takeout during covid. Parking lot was pretty small and busy. Service was quick. I got the short rib pho and it was very good. If you like rib meat then this is for you! The meat was tender and tasty. Not fall off the bone tender but definetly soft enough. The soup has a good balance of salty and beefy flavor. It was big and enough to fill me up. Would recommend!

This place is so hot or miss. Last time I was here, the soup was nice and hot with incredible umami flavor. Today, the soup was tepid, the meat was cold and the tendon kept it's form when added to the soup instead of melting a little. The broth had way too much grit like they were scraping from the bottom. This tells me it wasn't fresh. Very mediocre today. Next time, I will skip the tip until the end.

Super cute aesthetic. I got take out due to COVID-19. Very authentic. Loved their short rib pho which was a new experience for me but messy. The 15 hour slow cooked brisket was amazing. Four stars because their broth is super greasy and oily. Luckily because it was takeout, the oil had floated to the top and I was able to skim most of it off. Probably the oiliest pho I've ever had. I would definitely go back to try other dishes.

The dishes we got here were great. My husband got the dry noodle dish and I got the bun bo hue. The bun bo hue was definitely one of the best I've ever had. There isn't much noodles in there but the beef bone was so tender and flavorful.

Best local spot for Pho! Currently during Covid they pivoted to offer outdoor seating with tents and heaters (like 2-3?)
There’s options to go or even to eat to go in your car from a a large cup.
Never disappointed and always tasty!
They’re even partnering with another local business to sell Hood Famous cheesecakes and variety of flavors.

Great Pho experience with:
Great Pho (Duh). Now know that I'm no food critic and I almost love every bowl of Pho I've had. Their signiture Brisket Pho is brilliant twist to the traditionals, where in my opinon the black peppers from the brisket really adds to the broth.
Great Fried Chicken. You can get double fried whole chicken wings in store, or double fried wings (drumette + wingette) with dipping sauce from across the parking lot (which is run by the same people)
Nice staff. I went there for take-out once and they forgot the ribs for my rib pho. They called me before I got onto freeway and included two springrolls as apology, with a neatly hand written note. I give that a thumb up. The rib was (really) good after reheating.
Online ordering: good job to who made the website.

I really wanted to like this place since it looks so unique and authentic. Plus I love Vietnamese food. The food was okay, nothing special. Maybe I would have gone back on a cold rainy day for a hot pho soup, unfortunately this will not be the case since my husband found hair in his soup. Very disappointing!:(

I tried the smoked brisket pho and my fiancé got the beef rib pho. We also shared the fresh spring rolls for an appetizer. We were blown away with the quality, freshness, and portions! Will be going back 1000%
