I Politely asked the worker if McDonald's was open, and he looked at me with a blank expression on his face without answering my question. I can't believe how rude and unhelpful the employees are here. I just wanted to know weather the local McDonald's across the street was open or not.. Very not happy😠

Was waiting at the drive through had to get the attention of the workers.No one was in line besides me. They were nice people and apologized but my food was cold. It tasted like it had been sitting out. I had two bites of what I ordered and think I have food poisoning... Update: Definitely have food poisoning from this place. Health inspection, employees and management should know that they are making people sick. I got off work at 2:30am and paid $7 for food poisoning.

I love Taco Bell but this specific location I have always had problems with. Most recently I made a mobile order for 3 grilled cheese burritos & 1 cheesy bean n rice + beef added, received all cheesy bean & rice. Went back less than 5 min later to have them correct it, they asked for the bag back. They got the 3 grilled cheese burritos in but missed the added beef on the other burrito that was done correctly the 1st time. Didn't notice until after I returned home. Tried to call there phone multiple times but they NEVER answer. This wasn't the only time they have had incorrect orders. Months previously I had tried to get breakfast multiple times from this location only to discover they were not open despite it being at least 30 mins past their open time each time I tried. Very disappointed that this location cannot get it together. Update: I dont use Twitter

Didn't get all the food I ordered.... Because of the location and the drive thru being one way towards Lake Forest park...you have to drive way up to make a U turn to go back towards NE Seattle. Took long time getting my food in drive thru..so I assumed all my tacos and double decker would be in bag...NOPE. The bean burrito I ordered was supposed to have extra red sauce..NOPE..dry and all bean..cheese and chicken Quesadilla was cold and already hardened with hardly anything in between. As I but in to it I was only eating leathery dry cold soft shell... No napkins.. Very disappointing.
