Domino's Pizza

Super friendly staff and Management greets me by name... how nice! This great spot in my neighborhood is always busy with pickup and delivery! Shop is always clean and very attentive to all the COVID-19 Pandemic rules. But it's the great quality of their ingredients and freshness that you can taste that I love the most! I can actually taste that my pizzas and chicken wings, bread sticks and salads are made with care and love! Thanks 23rd and Jackson for constantly putting forth great service and product!

Tucked away at a busy Central Seattle area. It's great for the locals living near by to order as it's pretty convenient to walk to and order. If you need to drive there and order, it is going to be difficult because of lack or parking. The store is kept clean. The staff was friendly. The walk up ordering system was pretty unique. Overall it's your typical restaurant chain.

Tonight I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza and I called the store to let them know the situation at hand. I got in contact with "SPENCE" whom stated he was the GM of their store. I couldn't get a word in edge wise without him telling me I'm being too aggressive, in which I wasn't, I just wanted to reorder my pizza. Spence hung up in my face and everytime I called back, he was insulting me by saying things like, " I see you've had credits before, and you're not getting one again." Then he would hang up in my face. Instead of insinuations, he never took the time to hear what I had to say. He even went as far as saying he will call the police if I continue to call the store. Every credit I was giving from the store was due to their neglect. SPENCE is very unprofessional and if it was up to me he'd be fired for poor customer service and deformation of character. I order from this Dominos at least 6 times out of the month and I will no longer do so. Thanks to SPENCE!!

We order here from here all the time. They have the best service. Their online ordering app is the best. They've never gotten an order wrong and it always arrives promptly and hot. The pizzas are great. Easy to tweek to your liking. We are now trying their sandwiches. They also have pasta. Don't forget the brownies!

So unlike LITERALLY EVERY OTHER food delivery service in the city, who bring food to the door of my apartment, Dominos has decided the definition of 'contactless delivery' is where I come to the lobby of my building, meet a delivery driver in person, who then puts my food on the sidewalk outside of my building, and then hands me the bag with sauces directly. Might be time to update your delivery manual guys. Uber Eats, Amazon Fresh, and Door Dash have figured out how to do contactless delivery while maintaining happy customers. Maybe you guys could give it a shot.
