I feel this restaurant has extremely gone downhill. Attended yesterday and the food was OK but maybe fault advertise with that new potato dish we expected potato skins not potato chips.one of the bartenders filling in using the F bomb in front of customers multiple times extremely unprofessional, waited forever for drinks while the bartender was servicing tables at the other end of the restaurant. Not to mention that the place is just totally unclean we stuck to the floor as it was sticky in the entire restaurant the bathroom was a disaster, dishes cleared from bar and bar not wiped down after.

Food was good. Service was slow, took forever to receive our food even though their was only one other patron other than myself and my mom. Floors, walls, and various Glass were filthy. Waitress was very personable, very polite. The restaurant IS OPEN for everything. This restaurant is in desperate need of help. THIS PLACE IS HIRING. They need front of the house staff. They're basically hiring for everything.

Tried the Fridays in Seekonk Ma. The dining room was very empty, maybe 4 parties, we were a party of 6 adults, they sat us at a table in front of the bathroom, there were 2 hanging lamps one at each end of the table inches from your head, very weird, we asked to move, across to another table which was much better, when server came over, we commented how cold it was in the restaurant an she said that's why I am wearing a sweatshirt, she took our drink orders, I ordered a cuba libre off the drink special, an server stated she didn't know what that was, no one has ever ordered, hmmm? She took our orders , food came out quickly, one of the party had sirloin steak, you could see a black hair in the mashed potatoes, called a server over an showed her, ( not our server) she said OK she would let the server know, we asked if she wanted to take the plate away, she said no......waited a few minutes no one came over, so we flagged down our server, she came over an said oh your the one with the hair in the mashed, do you want me to get you another one? Of course! New plate too! Two of us ordered fish an chips, terrible! Frozen fish pieces, $16, I could not eat it, asked for manager, she came over an said, an I quote! Why would you come to a burger an steak place an order seafood, ! They have been in business for 50 years an make their ribs fresh everyday, an they only carry fish an chips during lent, I said they are frozen fish sticks and terrible, she agreed they were frozen , she she would take it off, she was very put off, an made me feel stupid for ordering fish an chips at a burger place, I hope corporate reads this review and speaks to this manager, she never addressed the hair in the food either, usually when there is a problem mgr will bring food out to address the problem. We enjoy TGI Fridays an use to go to the Warwick RI store several times a month, will not rush back, no wonder the restaurant was empty at 6 pm poor quality of food, there are loads of restaurants along rte 6 in Seekonk spend your money else were.

This is the second time in a row at this location that the waiter has not paid attention and screwed up my order. I was there with four kids celebrating someone's birthday and everyone's food arrived, mine was last and it was completely incorrect. I ordered grilled chicken with potatoes and I got a burger with french fries. They offered to make it again which I refused as I was not going to start eating when everyone was finished, therefore making the kids uncomfortable not wanting to eat without me. Thanks for ruining my night.

This was one of the worse places I ever ate at. The floor was sticky the walls we're so dirty, and they didn't have a bartender. The poor wait staff had to make drinks and serve food. The Combo with whisky wings were ok, but the bacon burger, BBQ ribs and the kid finger meal was disgusting..... I'll start with the wings they we're dry the flavoring on it was non- existent. The ribs we're dried and over cooked The flavoring was so bland. Now let's touch on the drinks please try to hire a experienced bartender to serve drinks that are delicious mouth watering and flavorful. The best part of our meal was the wait staff she was running around like a chicken with no head. I will say she gets my utmost respect because she didn't even have a note pad and she got ever order correct please give ( K) a raise she deserves it
