Chick-fil-a

I got two crispy deluxe meals and nuggets from drive thru. After going home and before starting to eat just check the chicken and found a small roach on it. I called and told them i will be bringing food back. There was no concern to check why this happened and what’s in the food. No concerns at all!! How many other people is affected by this no one knows because of the lack of interest in finding out why this happened. Only interest was to get rid of food and issue refund. Never buying anything from this location!!

This is the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been in! To start the counter where you order was wet. Like someone dumped a drink out. Trash all over the floor. Tables were dirty. Plenty of staff counted at least 12. No one was making an attempt to clean. The store wasn't very busy. So they were just standing around joking with each other.

I was expecting so much more from what everyone has said... waffle fries weren't crunchy (though I was happy to see they were celiac safe), gluten free bun was very good and I loved that it was packaged to prevent cross contamination, but grilled chicken was processed which I didn't expect and I'm not a fan of. I would return in a pinch but definitely not my favorite.

People around here couldn't stop talking about it, so I checked it out. Got a basic spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and lemonade. The waffle fries were a little soggy, the lemonade was real good, the service was good, but the chicken sandwich was perfect. Perfect spices, REAL chicken, buns were good. I can't wait til we get a closer one. Definitely recommend, atleast for the chicken sandwich.

I placed an order for breakfast before 10:30 Am when breakfast closes. I drove to your location to find out once I arrived my order was cancelled because I tried to pick it up for 11 Am. I understand you have set times for breakfast but I think my order should have been fulfilled or at least mention I have to arrive before 10:30 Am in order to pick my order. Because now it’s 11 am and I don’t want your fried chicken for breakfast.

Went to get Breakfast Sandwiches.. When I got home and unwrapped it it looked like there was a chicken nugget inside of it I have never seen a restaurant cut back so bad I will never go there again it was too funny.... I believe a chicken nugget from McDonald's is a lot bigger I know you guys cut back.. but because of prices but you don't have to take it out on the consumer by cutting their food... Is one thing in a restaurant business you have to be consistent..

Order ahead was great, cueing line was a little.slower than I have experienced at the Attleboro store, but the food was worth the wait and was spot on and my order was filled as I had asked for it. I will gladly return here and suggest that if you haven't visited that it is worth it and the hype is not exaggerated.
