Birdhouse Tea Bar & Kitchen

It was for late mother's day lunch ..not a place I would have chosen..easy place to find parking just a few minutes away..outside eating too. Inside great we went upstairs nice views .food came fairly quickly, not much on menu's for picki eating..ended up having chips... pancakes were huge far too big there was 4 on one plate . enough to feed 3 people..

Have been a few times to Birdhouse Tea Bar and Kitchen and the food has always been lovely - the menu has a good range of sweet and savory, vegan, veggie and gluten free options alongside an extensive drinks menu with a large selection of their own teas. This time it was particularly delicious- we got the eggs benedict, crispy bacon and cream cheese bagel (with extra smashed avocado) with slaw and skin on fries, and a side of some of the best halloumi fries we've EVER tasted! For drinks we had iced 'vanilla' matcha lattes (as they had ran out of 'coconut' as advertised on menu) but they were still very delicious (highly recommend)! We had great service today but some members of staff are definitely warmer and friendlier than others, but this didn't take away from the experience - delicious, high quality food and drinks, perfect place for lunch and brunch and will definitely be back! A Delightful Brunch Experience! I visited Birdhouse Tea Bar & Kitchen with my wife for brunch today late morning and it was a fantastic experience! The pancakes were a highlight – fluffy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The breakfast options were diverse, catering to various tastes. We tried Birdhouse Full English breakfast, Raspberry Pancakes with hot chocolate and Carmel latte. The coffee was exceptional, complementing the meal perfectly. The ambiance added to the overall enjoyment; a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made our meal even more enjoyable. The staff was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. At front door receiving lady waitress warm welcoming and patience are highly appreciated. Birdhouse Tea Bar & Kitchen is now one of our a favorite spots for brunch and lunch in Sheffield , and we'll definitely be back for more delightful meals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable brunch spot with delicious food and a great atmosphere! Easy parking 🅿️

The vegetarian breakfast was good but I would say it could have done with an extra sausage. The pancakes were some of the best pancakes I have ever tried and I wish I ordered them for myself! I highly recommend the pancakes - they were very fluffy. The iced coffee also came with cream which I thought was a bit odd as it wasn’t mentioned on the menu and I wasn’t asked if I wanted it either so it tasted a bit odd to me. I would definitely come back.
