Excellent service! It was super easy and quick to order some cupcakes online as a birthday surprise for my friend. Beautiful and super delicious cupcakes, excellent packaging and presentation and quick delivery to my friend’s door. They even added customised edible toppers on top. Had a last minute order for my sons birthday Jennie and Keith were happy to accommodate and arrange delivery of their delicious cupcakes to the school even though short notice .They really went above and beyond and also helped me to chose cupcakes to fit the palates of students and teachers Importantly as well nut free I received many thanks for these delicious cakes and my son enjoyed them and his day Very efficient reliable and delicious service Recommended!

The order was delivered on time 9:30 in the morning for my daughter's Birthday at the nursery. It tasted amazing and they did exactly what i asked for (Frozen theme) . The only bakery in Sheffield that i found which delivers in the early morning so that's a bonus 🥇🌟 The prices are suitable for the product quality ✅

Incredible cupcakes AND customer service!! I ordered cupcakes from Cupcake Time for a friend who was having a tough time. The order was fairly last-minute, but Jennie and Keith were very responsive and accommodating. I messed up a number on my friend’s address, so they initially weren’t able to deliver — however they called me, and my friend, and went back a second time at the end of the day to complete the delivery. I was so grateful, and the cupcakes were gorgeous! Highly recommend, and will absolutely be ordering from them again!
