Absolutely fantastic service from the crew here today at Costa Kilner Way, steak and Mexicans toastie was out of this world, highly recommend you try. Waiter clearing the tables was really friendly, polite and very quick at clearing the tables as the store was extremely busy today

This is a standard coffee shop as you would expect in any urban area. Admittedly, it has been in severe decline as a business since its sale to America a few years ago. The British stanards have been dropped and it shews. It no longer feels British and over the years of being a regular customer, I've noticed a decline in footfall. As the food is insanely based on carbohydrates, I would never eat there but I did enjoy the coffee.

Friendly efficent polit staff just nipped in this morning for a quick coffee. This is a lot cleaner and friendlier than a couple of the other Costa coffee
Quite big inside. I Would pop in again if I was in the area.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Fairly quiet early on a Saturday, so plenty of seating available and able to park close to the shop.
Coffees and tea were excellent, as were the sausage butties. Sadly the bacon butty wasn't as good as usual.

Ordered a lemonade and the new employee misheard and said they didn't have any so I ordered a cooler. The woman behind me ordered a lemonade and I honestly got rather upset. After receiving my cooler I told a member of staff what had happened and was quickly offered to have a lemonade made, I was very upset and the staff member offered to bring my drink to me while I waited in my seat. This service was absolutely amazing and I really appreciate it, the staff are lovely here and we're very fast to help me out

Foods on the pricier side for what it is, but that's how coffee shops work. Staff are friendly, I don't normally review places and I fully understand when staff don't love their job, they don't have to. But today they were all super friendly. Usually visit here as I work close by, Generally just for a drink though.

Great coffee as always, lovely bun. Only problem is that the air con always seems to be set too low. It was chilly inside. It's not just because of covid its always like this. Had to get my jumper from the car as we ate in.

It was a little confusing about where to wait before being served and then while you are waiting for your order.
I had a question about gift cards and the app, but the cashier didn't know and showed no signs of wanting to ask her supervisor for me.
My large latte was amazing though....haven't had a Coffee out for a long time so I really enjoyed it.
