Steak 'n Shake

The food was really good although the fries could have used a bit less salt. There was no salt and pepper available if you wanted to add it to your sandwich. I'm a bit disappointed that I put a tip on my credit card to have to order by a board, then get up and go get my order (twice because the shakes didn't come out until well after we had gotten our food), and had to clear our own table. Although the food was good, I won't dine there again.

I rarely eat here but my son was craving something different so i ordered online and put in all my payment information. The order went through and my credit card was charged. I drive all the way to the store and there's a sign that says they are closed due to shortage of staff. Ok, so why did my order go through and my card charged if you aren't open?!?! I call the store number multiple times the next 2 days and no answer. I call corporate and it says there are currently closed and then it hangs up!! How do I get my money back?! And why did it go through if the order wasn't accepted at the store because they are closed? I'll NEVER eat here again.

Old family favorite. The food is great and the price is even better! This one is open 24 hours, has a drive thru, dining along with the old sit at the counter. I have been coming here for many, many years and I have never had a bad experience. The service is always amazing; the nicest ppl who actually know how to do their job correctly! They have any kind of milkshake you can think of. I highly recommend this Steak and Shake
