Subway

Who is managing this place because it's pretty unacceptable. Made an online order for a footlong melt sandwich, when picked up it was stuffed in a small brown paper bag. Smashed. Also it was a melt steak and cheese, it wasn't ever put in the microwave at all. Just laziness. As I was walking in you could tell several disgruntled people leaving the register area, obviously not happy either. I will not be returning.

Totally wasted 20 minutes trying to get a breakfast sandwich. Girl told me people usually don’t order breakfast sandwiches. Couldn’t toast it because toaster bell ain’t warmed up. Couldn’t ring me out because her manager was on the computer remotely. When she finally could ring me out she said anted to charge me a 1.70 more than the posted sign stating they didn’t have breakfast sandwiches in the computer so she had to charge me for a regular six inch. The sad part is she didn’t care at all. Was very bothered that I was even there. She handed me my money back with no apology and I left. Horrible service won’t use this location again ever!😡

The manager refuses to add extra sauce on my foot long even though I asked her politely because the sandwich is too dry but she has gone out if her way to be rude and blatantly refuse me extra hot spicy sriracha. I even offered to pay extra for the sauce but she straight up says NO!!! Never Go There the manager is mean and rude to customers.

They should slow down their rushing way of taking orders so that they give right order i took my sandwich and it turn out not to be my sandwich cuz they bag me someone else’s sandwich . Cant drive this far again just to inform them about their mistake and bad service. Later found hair in it , couldn’t possibly go any worst now . Not good service.

Their price went up. It's my first time at a subway since the pandemic. The taste is the same as before, at least to me. I haven't notice the difference taste Subway CEO mentioned, maybe it's just me. Their sandwiches do cost more than a year or two years ago. It's still worth to stop by if you want alternative fast food.
