This place is number one in customer service in this area! These people are the greatest and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and accommodate your needs. The food is excellent , The price is right and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Coming from New York, the bartender Tara was very welcoming, the food is great ! and Taras drinks are amazing !!! Being there made me feel at home ! I will come visit every time I am in Penn state. I appreciate the hospitality as well as the customer service !

Tara is such an amazing person with such a great personality that will put a smile on ANYONES face regardless of the day, week, month or year you have had!!! Very kind service. Very clean establishment. Tvs conveniently placed throughout for sports anytime of week kind of place. Seating is social distancing safe for 4 at tables. Food looks and smells delish

Awesome little place off the beaten path. Ordered takeout twice so far and have not been disappointed. Like others said, the food takes a bit. Remember though, this is one cat in the back making fresh awesomeness. The atmosphere is relaxed, Tara is an excellent barkeep, and the food is delicious. For me, that's a trifecta. Don't miss Who's Place if you're passing through!
I really dig The Piccadilly, a classic BLT with a grilled cheese twist; The Italian Hot Dog, with spicy sauce and onions; and the Bourbon BBQ wings, sweet, smoky, and spicy.

Great food. Like others, it takes a bit to get your food but also like an individual mentioned, it’s one person making fresh food. If you’ve ever worked a kitchen you’d understand how hard that person is working to get you good stuff on your table. Great hospitality. Great small hometown feel.
