They mix up orders sometimes. They have a good staff. Food is good. The kids meals are fun.
LOBBY DOES NOT OPEN UNTILL 8 AM!!!!

Horrible evening service. They were out of everything imaginable. No medium sized cups, no small or large fry containers, no toys for the kids meal, and many soda options were empty. I had to wait 15 minutes to place my order even though there were only 2 other people ahead of me. I asked if they could make my chicken fries fresh because I usually get cold ones she said yes and still gave me cold ones. I asked for onion rings instead of fries and I got fries. In total I spent almost half an hour to get my order. Never going back there.

Negative stars. Hope it gets shut down. 10 min in drive thru for 2 basic burgers. Bea was nothing but ignorant and attitude. It literally takes less time to drive to the next down, go thru McDonald's and drive back. Wish it was a fluke but it's always like this.

I happen to think Shenandoah has one of the better burger King's out of the surrounding areas but like all fast food it can be hit or miss. I know currently it sucks more than usual to be in the food and service industry; they seem to be handling it well!

Took me 15 minutes to get a chicken Jr meal that was cold and sloppily made through drive thru window and employees were just hanging out at the window talking to someone who I assume used to work there as they were talking about previous shift and certain people names were mentioned. Garbage burger King

Friendly girl at the drive thru. My only complaint was I got shorted on my order. And did not feel like driving back once I reached my house. But hey everyone makes mistakes evert now and again.

Waited 11 minutes at Kiosk (drive-thru) to order...requested no tomato or pickle on sandwich, however sandwich had both items on it.
