The Salmon was spot on. Actually, one of the best I've had. There was an event going on and the waitresses staff was spread thin, but I thought she put forth her best considering. I asked twice for a drink, other than my water but she never brought it, but as I said I do understand how stretched thin they were. Only reason I ranked 4 stars instead of 5.

What a nice, quiet, cozy restaurant in the Hilton! Food came out hot and delicious!! Our server, Deun, was very sweet!! Greeted us very nice and made sure we had everything we needed! She's great, and the cook made good food!! You can park in the parking garage across the street and walk into lobby, turn right and you will see, full bar, plenty seats, tables and clean restaurant! Give them a try! We will be back when we visit the area! Breakfast served from 7 to 10am! 👍💯

I had the make your own burger. The price was high for the area, but about what you would expect at a hilton hotel restaurant. The burger was cooked to order and I had bacon, jalapenos, and cheese added. The flavor of the burger was on point and the brioche bun was a nice extra. The Jalapeños were fresh produce, which gave a nice flavor over pickled slices. They got slammed by our conference even though we pre-ordered about 2 hours ahead. French fries were cold, took a good 20 minutes to get drinks out. Servers were friendly and working hard, they just didn't seem like they deal with conferences often.
