I was amazed that I have not found this restaraunt sooner! They were super nice and the food was good!! When I say good, I mean seasoned to perfection and I have so say I was stuffed! My husband loved it!!!! I can't wait to try the smothered oxtails on Thursday! The food is worth the drive and waitr will deliver to North Shreveport!

First and last time! Dressing was dry and crumbly (gravy didn't help), baked beans taste like they are straight out of a can with ground meat added, mac and cheese was dry and flavorless, cabbage was bland, and didn't add the potato salad we ordered but I guess they thought giving us an extra wing would make us forget about it. Only thing that was good was the wings and the fried pork chop. I don't know if it was just a off day or all these 5 stars are family and friends but it is not worth 5 stars AT ALL. The 1 star is because of the chicken and pork chop, otherwise if I could have gave it 0 stars I would have..This is not soul food!! Not worth the $26 we paid.

I've always loved this place it's the first time I went it was on a date. I went there today and nothing has changed same atmosphere clean place they even had gospel music playing when I was trying to get my food and I love the atmosphere and I love that thank you lady so very much for coming in and putting in your heart work in order to please us thank you so much continue to bless your establishment.
