This Whataburger is not NEARLY as good as the ones in Texas! First the burgers just didn't seem the same, then I also ordered a chocolate shake, and got a vanilla with a splash of chocolate in it. I told the cashier I ordered a chocolate and she insisted that it was. Now to her credit, I asked if she would please add more chocolate and she did, but WAS SO SO SLOW about it. Everyone in there seemed to be in slow-mo, one customer even walked out.

I asked three times for NO MAYO. They slobbered mayo all over the sandwich like they hate me personally and want me to choke. Ridiculous.

I WAS IN LINE FORE TWO HOURS AND COULD NOT EVEN GET OUT OF LINE EVEN IF I WANTRD TO BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY CARS. THEN WHEN I DID ORDER AND FINALLY HOT MY ORDER I LEFT THINKING OK SHE JUST REPEATED MY WHOLE ORDER TO ME I SHOULD BE OK BUT THE WAS WRONG I ORDERED A CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH SWEET TEA I GOT A DOUBLE BACON BURGER WITH UNSWEET TEA!! WORSE EVER BUT THAT WAS MY FAULT BECAUSE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TRUSTED HER REPEATING THE ORDER BACK TO ME. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEGORE PULLING OFF EVEN IF YOU HAVE WAITED FOR TWO HOURS

I go here every once in awhile. Not often as it costs at least 2x for me to eat here than where I go most of the time. Regardless this particular one is great. Food is always really good. Service is very friendly and THIS one drive thru seems to be faster.

Drive thru experience was a bit frustrating. The window lady did not want to separate 2 orders we had. But food is always good.

I love this place I went to eat inside this function and they were so nice and made me feel welcome, in my opinion this fast food joint is the best in shreveport they need a raise!

Purchased two sausage and egg biscuits with hash browns got home opened bag only had two egg biscuits I guess we need to check the bag before you leave the restaurant
