I had the pleasure of working 2 minutes away from this place for awhile. I would go in several times a week and was never disappointed. While the price may be high, you are getting home cooked, healthy, vegan meals. The deserts are delicious too. The owner also offers meal planning services Ann's you can order food for the week. She changes the menu up all of the time so you never get bored with the selection.

Recently ordered some meals for the week. So far, everything I've had is amazingly delicious and I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm new to the vegan community, so I wasn't sure how I would feel eating plant based foods only. So far, I've not missed meat or dairy simply because the food is so delicious. Thank you for this amazing food and keep up the good work!

I normally don't like eating things I'm not use too but their vegan lasagna was oh so good. The taste was amazing! Eating like this will make my transition to being a vegetarian/vegan so much easier!

Only vegan place in town, good food! They have a grab and eat section as well as meal pre ordering. I got the tex Mex scramble, it was great! The prices are a bit steep though. For the grab and eat it's about $7-$8 for a very small personal portion, not including drink or any sort of side.

We topped in Shreveport while traveling. I was very pleasently surprised with a quick option I could actually eat. There were a very wide variety of grab and go options. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. This place is awesome, there really need to be more of these in the world.

Awesome awesome awesome! I'm here visiting from out of town, and it's great to have a spot here with great food and incredibly friendly people. The gyro is killer -- perfect and dense seitan and the tzatziki definitely tops mine that I usually make at home. I'll definitely be swinging in here for lunch each day that they're open for the rest of my trip. Thank you!

I order every week here. I love the potato salad, chickpea salad and chocolate cupcakes. Plant based and without oil (for the most part) so it's a good way to go. New dish options every week!

Incredible food! Looking forward to our next trip through Shreveport so we can stop & eat here again.
My husband ate the gyro, & I ate the mushroom reuben wrap. They were both great!
