Tim's Southern Snow

This is my spot for snow cones! Really soft ice and full of flavor from beginning to end. He can be a little pushy or come off rude and was about to charge me the price of a small snow cones just for the cup! Usually that would be a deal breaker with me especially when I spend a lot of money there but they are so good I will just pay him no attention and enjoy my flavorful melon berry snow cone. My daughter is the one who has to order tho lol! My anxiety won't let me🤣

If you give this any less than 5 stars, you don’t appreciate ART! Yeah he’s slow and methodical, yeah you only get one flavor, and yeah he’s selling a used cat teaser toy for $0.56 usd but that all adds to the charm! I’d rather wait in line an hour here than go to another stand with that chunky ice they serve NO THANKS. Tim you have my loyalty 4L

Flavor was pretty good but costumer service was not. And you can’t have more than one flavor in a cup which is absolutely ridiculous. Every snow cone I ever get I mix flavors so I was thrown when he said I couldn’t. I don’t understand why I can’t just be charged more? But anyway, the man working was in his truck when we arrived and he got out to go back in the building. We were just standing there at the window for 2-3 minutes waiting for him to come to the window and he never did. I finally walked closer and peeked in and he was standing to the right where he wasn’t visible to us just waiting on me to order but I didn’t know he was even in there cause he did not show his face in the window or speak to us at all. Don’t know what’s up with that but it was just an awkward experience.

Over rated local snow cone stand. Online states it closes at 7:30 p.m. however Tim's actually closes at 7:00 and Tim does NOT plan to fix, as he stated so. Not only does the owner also operate the stand he is also unwilling to accommodate the very people that support him from day 1 or anyone else. Also stated. I will be avoiding this over valued, under serving local shamble.

Does not greet customers. Attitude and customer service is poor. Stood at the window for a while waiting and he was there the whole time behind the ice machine out of view. I wouldn’t have know that If I didn’t stick my head in the window. He then tells me to come closer or he can’t help me. Mind you I have my head in the window. I told him I can’t come any closer but I can speak louder if that helps. He said “no I can’t help you if you don’t come closer.” I told him it’s physically impossible if you want to come to the window and look. He just ignored me at that point.
