The customer service here is horrible. I travel for a living and have never been to a Wendy's with such bad customer service. The rep at the drive thru wouldn't let me finish a sentence she keep cutting me off. She was so rude I didn't want to complete my order. Then when I got to the window their faces was extremely unpleasant. The face matched the tone. I strongly believe if you don't like your job. People can tell with your service.

Good burgers. Can definitely taste the freshness. Only 3 workers during lunch rush, but we were able to get our food in a timely manner.

Our power was off and I can not start my day without my coffee. I was unaware but Wendy's gives seniors free coffee. The start to my day did a 180. Friendly staff, hot fresh coffee and free.

The staff were literally arguing and yelling while my family and other people were dining inside. One girl was complaining very loudly that her leg hurt and she needed to go home and that she would be working slowly because her leg was hurting and she appeared to be yelling at the manager. It was so unprofessional in this place.

Food is pretty good, the staff could be nicer, but maybe sombody had a bad day, anyway the burgers are usually good, and salads fresh

Chili at Wendy's is just delicious. The Wendy's on Youree drive rocks. Love those guys.

Customer service is bad. Taking order was like yelling tone n could tell I was a burden for them. I pull to window. N employee is moping around n frowning. If you don't want to work in customer service do something else. I don't want my kids seeing this type of example. N these days it seems to be happening way to often.

I placed an order at this particular Wendy’s and did not receive the correct order. I attempted to go back inside because there was a line at the drive-through but the lobby was locked. This is the second time that this is happened and I’m disappointed in the service.
