Taco Bell

I often frequent this Taco Bell.. they do not give a care about the quality of service, accuracy of the orders majority of the time, and they show hardly any customer service. They usually are cooperative when I have to drive all the way back up after they get my order wrong , and completely ignore the specifics of the order.. but atleast it's fixable.

My review got taken down for the Kings Hwy location. So I'll review it again. This location is SLOW. I usually have had to wait 30-45 minutes for my order now. Even if I wished to leave I would be stuck in the drive thru. On top of my orders usually missing items. I recommend any other location than this one. Sad, because they used to be somewhat decent.

The drive thru cashier is a complete and utter rude female. We made a mobile order, she didn’t give us the whole order and was telling us the order was long gone (she had given the previous car our order) and had the audacity to be rude to us and be super disrespectful when we were explaining that our order was not right. The other lady (I guess the supervisor) was nice and tried to make it right, when the first “lady” asked us what we had before we were confused by her question because we hadn’t order anything before and we were showing her the bag they had given us with the partial order, when she realized her mistake she didn’t try to make it right, she just cut us off and said “here” and basically pushed the bag to us. I don’t know if she’s new or what but that’s definitely not the way to customer satisfaction. If she can’t put together a mobile order, then it’s not on the customers.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not rating this place two stars because it's fast food. This taco bell in particular is fairly awful. There's a near hundred percent chance that if you order more than one item that they will mess up your order, proceed to not answer their phone when you call back, and call you a liar if you try to get the actual food you ordered. They even told me that I had to save my messed up food that was stomped on to bring back the next day in order to exchange it for what I actually ordered. It's ridiculous. This place is terrible when it comes to fast food. I personally like taco bell for trash food every so often, but I'll never come to this one ever again, that's for certain.

Crew is incompetent. Kinda disappointed cause this used to be one of the fastest locations. Now you're lucky if you have to wait less than 20 minutes to get your food. Honestly got irritated and just ended up leaving. These people don't care about front counter orders eithers. Not to mention the unprofessionalism of hearing a manager yelling at an employee the second I walked in.

Placed a to-go order inside the restaurant because the drive-thru line was insanely long. Guess what??? 32 minutes later I received the chalupa deluxe cravings box that I ordered. And all those cars that were in the drive-thru were served even though I placed my order inside. Two people making food. One person doing drive-thru and 3 employees doing nothing. Totally unacceptable. 😡
