I always go to McDonald's for breakfast every day and this is my first time going to this location. The worker was polite. The biscuits were soft and not hard like the other locations. Everything was fresh and I ate it all. Coffee was good and hot. Also my order was correct. Wish the other locations were the same.

Clean: newest technology to place your order, but no one to teach it to you..follow the directions on the digital screen.
Or, you can order the old way.
Best fries! Wrong choice of sandwich for combo. Bun burned and chicken dry.

Went to the location on shreveport-barksdale tonight. Waited 36 minutes outside for the order. Never received it. Went inside and the employees just ignored me. Never received the order and had to leave. Abysmal service and I'll never go back! If they have a labor shortage, they should just close.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is the worse McDonald’s here. They are so slow and rude. I had to wait 30 mins for sausage biscuits and hash browns. Absolutely ridiculous how they treat there customers & the employees just stand around doing nothing

I was slightly disturbed to learn that the Caramel flavored ice coffee is not in fact...sweet. The person taking the money was nice. The one giving the food...not so much. It is, however, McDonald's. Sometimes... you get what you pay for.

I ordered using the mobile order to get in and out quickly. I am the ONLY customer in the drive through when I arrive mind you. I waited 20 minutes to just tell them my mobile order code, 10 minutes at the window and another 20 when they told me to pull to the side ... my total was 7.22 so I didn’t even order a lot. This is all after another location said they were open on google, but after placing my mobile order and arriving they told me they were closed. It was 2 hours till google said they closed. This goose chase took 2 hours for 7.22$ of food.
