Mcdonald's

I've been a long-time customer at this location.... and to be getting treated horribly when using a McDonald's app. Top it off waiting in the Drive-Thru line for about 30 minutes and then they serve me poorly fries back in the 90s McDonald's used to care. I ran to corporate stores in California. Corporation used to be in Woodland Hills.... they need to bring back them secret shoppers... dislocation with a failed horribly on the drive through time and food quality. Check out food cost...how many ketchup for a small fry.lol

I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. I get home and opened my food and my middle pancakes was all tore up Like someone ripped it apart into pieces and just threw it in between the middle of my hot cakes like I wouldn’t notice… this place is always so sloppy and the people are always so lazy makes me afraid to eat my food

Cracker Barrel in Shreveport Louisiana was a disaster. We had to wait 10 minutes and I finally got up and went to a manager and ask them where our waiter was so he got someone out there. They were very very disorganized. And short-handed. Although there were not that many people in the restaurant it was about 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. They did not have straws there are drinks and then they said they were sorry but they didn't have any utensils that. Brought us plastic fork and spoon with I thought was very odd you should have utensils they must have not had anyone to wash them so I don't know what was going on but I would not want to eat there again. The food was good but it was just the service was ridiculous and that sets the mood for your meal and when it starts off wrong it's just wrong. The little waitress was very sweet and kind I don't know what all was going on that day but it was just not good

I stopped by around 4:15 today 3/7/22. Going through the drive through, lady in front of me sat there for 10 minutes & then drives away. I pull up to the speaker & also sit there for 10 minutes, NO ONE ANSWERED. I pull up to window 1 & wait there for 10 more minutes, NO ONE IS IN SITE! So I pull up to window 2 & I explained what’s happening & they could care less. Told me that I HAD TO GO BACK THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH because they don’t take orders at window 2! Unbelievable! Not only did I drive off but the person behind me drove off as well! Ridiculous! Will NEVER BE BACK TO ANOTHER MCDONALDS!
