Tried to place an online order for today, not available. Called, no answer. Went to the restaurant, lights were on, but no one was manning the drive thru and no one would open the lobby doors (even though folks were inside and it was during their regular hours of operation). Not sure how this place has survived for this long with such poor management. Every time I've been there this year, the service has been substandard. I absolutely will not be returning to this establishment and wouldn't recommend it, even if they paid me. They desperately need new management.... I'll be very surprised if they are still open 6 months from now.

This place is horrible. Every time I come here I have to wait almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. After waiting all that time the people at the window don’t even apologize for the wait they just stick their hand out for payment not hello how are you anything.. and to make it worse they just hands you your food and close the window. I do not recommend this location to any one it needs better management or something

Absolutely horrible service. I completed a 30 minute conference call while waiting in the drive thru with only one other vehicle in front of me. The workers are the laziest I have ever witnessed. I don't know who owns this establishment but if you don't want to lose your investment, you had better get a handle on this place.
