Mcdonald's

If 0 stars was a choice I would have chosen 0. This was the worst display of management and not just poor customer service but flat out aggressive behavior and retaliation towards me,the customer. After I disputed the 4for$4 on the menu that is advertised wrong according to them. I ordered 4 regular McChicken sandwiches and paid regular price for them after an agreement couldn't be met over the false and deceptive menu advertisement. 3/4 was correct, ordered the way it comes and the 4th they put mustard and pickles on, I felt this was done on purpose. Then after I got in my car to leave and tasted one I realized they had given me all spicy McChickens and I feel confident that was on purpose in retaliation for me complaining. The managers where so rude and hateful and one completely would not even acknowledge me when I was speaking to her! I plan to contact the district management on the next business day, as I took down their names.(trusting they told me their real/correct names) Also,no one had a name tag on and the majority of workers had no hat/visor on in the kitchen area.(no hair nets etc.) I am including a picture of the menu at the time this occurred,as I was told to receive to 4for4 I had to get fries and nuggets not just sandwiches, which was in no way displayed anywhere on the menu inside. Shame on you Blanchard McDonald's!!!

The manager informed me the big breakfast with hotcakes no longer comes with a hash brown and refused to give me one. So I informed her they need to change the menu because it says it does come with one. Needless to say, this location is CONSTANTLY messing up my order. The only reason I go there is when my kids want to go.

One star is to much I wish I can give zero stars we went to McDonalds in Blanchard and the service was horrible I order my children their food got to the window and had to wait 15 min then someone finally came to the window and ask could I pull forward had to wait another 10 min when I finally got their food made it home it was dry and hard as a brick and the fries and were like match stems. Also all of the food was not in the bag. I called the manager on duty she was very rude and unprofessional . I do not recommend Mc Donalds in Blanchard to anyone. Horrible service and horrible food.

Mcdonalds. The cornerstone of American fast food. The bar that other food chains always stay slightly above. Quarter pounders no longer weigh 4oz. Larges are now mediums, and kid cups are shot glasses. Ice cream machines and shakes never work. They don't have peach slushes, even though the 4'x4' window signs say they do. McDonald's. When you're so desperate you'll eat anything and the nacho machine at the gas station is broke.
